CBS/AP is reporting rat poison found in tainted pet food.

Rat Poison Found In Tainted Pet Food

(CBS/AP) A spokeswoman for the New York State Department of Agriculture says rat poison was found in tainted pet food that killed several animals and sparked a nationwide recall.

She would not identify the chemical or its source.

A press conference was called for 1 p.m. EDT.

It’s a chemical used as rat poison in China that is illegal to use on crops in the US. The wheat imported with China had it.

The most effective kind of education is that a child should play amongst lovely things.
