Blessed Bealtaine

The fair maid who, on the first of May,
Goes to the fields at break of day,
And bathes in dew from the Hawthorn tree,
Will ever be strong and handsome be
(Olde English Nursry Rhyme)

Bealtaine altar

I still need to buy a new frame for my Bealtaine cross stitch but I still I jumped the gun a little and redecorated the altar on Saturday. It was such a warm and beautiful weekend, I couldn’t help it. Besides that, the energy of the apartment was feeling a little stagnant and I find rearranging and redecorating helps bring a sense of renewal to the home. I think Bealtaine amplifies that effect too.

Today is Bealtaine and I am about to go for a bike ride. I hope everyone has the opportunity to enjoy a little bit of Mother Earth today.

Blessed Bealtaine Everyone!

The wolf banner? It is awesome isn’t it? It is Michael’s. I have one as well with a mermaid on it. There is a little stone wolf fetish on the altar that you would probably like as well.
