A beautiful softneck artichoke garlic with a wonderful medium hot flavor. I read that it is an heirloom variety found on the Colville Reservation here in Washington. I bought this bulb at the Millwood Farmer’s Market from New Wave Gardens. I am hoping to buy some for planting this Autumn.
